Article L724-4 du Code de la consommation
La suspension et l'interdiction mentionnées à l'article L. 724-3 sont acquises jusqu'à la date de la décision de la commission imposant un rétablissement personnel sans liquidation judiciaire, jusqu'au jugement prononçant un rétablissement personnel sans liquidation judiciaire ou jusqu'au jugement d'ouverture d'une procédure de rétablissement personnel avec liquidation judiciaire. Cette suspension et cette interdiction ne peuvent excéder deux ans.
