Article L722-2 du Code de la consommation
La recevabilité de la demande emporte suspension et interdiction des procédures d'exécution diligentées à l'encontre des biens du débiteur ainsi que des cessions de rémunération consenties par celui-ci et portant sur les dettes autres qu'alimentaires.
