Article L721-6 du Code de la consommation
Lorsqu'elle est prononcée, la suspension mentionnée à l'article L. 721-4 s'applique dans les mêmes conditions et selon les mêmes modalités que celles prévues par les dispositions des articles L. 722-2 à L. 722-5.
