Article L721-7 du Code de la consommation
En cas de saisie immobilière, lorsque la vente forcée a été ordonnée, le report de la date d'adjudication ne peut résulter que d'une décision du juge chargé de la saisie immobilière, saisi à cette fin par la commission, pour causes graves et dûment justifiées.
