Article L552-9-1 du Code de l'organisation judiciaire
Lorsque le tribunal de première instance statue en matière foncière, il est dénommé tribunal foncier.
Il statue dans une formation présidée par un magistrat du siège et comprenant, en outre, deux assesseurs.
