Article L552-19 du Code de l'organisation judiciaire
Les dispositions du titre V du livre II (partie Législative) relatives aux juridictions des mineurs sont applicables en Polynésie française, dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2022-52 du 24 janvier 2022 relative à la responsabilité pénale et à la sécurité intérieure.
