Article R552-24 du Code de l'organisation judiciaire
Les dispositions du chapitre II du titre Ier du livre III du présent code (partie Réglementaire), relatives à l'organisation et au fonctionnement de la cour d'appel, sont applicables en Polynésie française dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2025-1067 du 7 novembre 2025, à l'exception des articles R. 312-12 et R. 312-13-1.
