Article L2331-2 du Code de la défense
Dans le présent titre, sont utilisés :
1° Les termes : “ matériels de guerre, armes, munitions et leurs éléments ” pour désigner l'ensemble des armes et matériels classés dans les catégories A, B, C et D en application du I de l'article L. 2331-1 ;
2° Les termes : “ matériels de guerre et matériels assimilés ” pour désigner l'ensemble des matériels figurant sur la liste mentionnée au second alinéa de l'article L. 2335-2 ;
3° Les termes : “ produits liés à la défense ” pour désigner l'ensemble des matériels figurant sur la liste mentionnée au second alinéa de l'article L. 2335-9.
