Article L4123-2-1 du Code de la défense
Les anciens militaires victimes, après leur radiation des cadres ou des contrôles, d'une rechute d'une maladie ou d'une blessure imputable aux services militaires et dans l'incapacité de reprendre leur activité professionnelle bénéficient d'une prise en charge par l'Etat de leur perte de revenu selon des modalités définies par décret.
