Article R4138-76 du Code de la défense
L'autorité militaire notifie à chaque militaire placé dans l'une des positions ou situations prévues aux articles R. 4138-3-1 R. 4138-28, R. 4138-34, R. 4138-35, R. 4138-45, R. 4138-48, R. 4138-58, R. 4138-59, R. 4138-65 à R. 4138-67 la date à laquelle il y est mis fin.
La notification est adressée au militaire un mois au moins avant le terme fixé par la décision individuelle ayant placé le militaire dans l'une des positions ou situations mentionnées à l'alinéa précédent.
