Article L134-11 du Code de l'énergie
Les avis et propositions de la Commission de régulation de l'énergie sont motivés. Lorsque l'autorité administrative prend sa décision après avis, ou sur proposition de la commission, elle doit procéder à la publication de ces avis ou propositions ou, s'il s'agit d'une décision individuelle, à leur notification à l'intéressé.
