Article L134-12 du Code de l'énergie
La commission est associée, à la demande du ministre chargé de l'énergie, à la préparation de la position française dans les négociations internationales dans les domaines de l'électricité et du gaz naturel. Elle participe, à la demande du ministre chargé de l'énergie, à la représentation française dans les organisations internationales et européennes compétentes en ces domaines.
