Article L161-4 du Code de l'énergie
Des dispositions stipulées par accord professionnel se substituent, sous réserve que l'accord soit étendu dans les conditions fixées à l'article L. 161-2, à toute mesure prise, avant le 11 février 2000, par Electricité de France ou par Gaz de France, en exécution du statut national du personnel des industries électriques et gazières.
