Article L211-10 du Code de l'énergie
La prise en compte des solutions en matière d'efficacité et de sobriété énergétiques de chaque projet représentant un montant d'investissement supérieur à 100 millions d'euros fait l'objet d'une évaluation proportionnée aux enjeux de consommation énergétique. Ce montant est porté à 175 millions d'euros s'agissant des projets d'infrastructures de transport.
L'évaluation de la prise en compte des solutions en matière d'efficacité et de sobriété énergétiques des projets relevant de l'article L. 122-1 du code de l'environnement est effectuée dans le cadre de l'évaluation environnementale prévue au même article L. 122-1.
Un décret en Conseil d'Etat précise les modalités d'application du présent article.
