Article L221-1-2 du Code de l'énergie
Au plus tard six mois avant une nouvelle période, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport évaluant la mise en œuvre du dispositif prévu au présent chapitre sur la période en cours, portant notamment sur les économies d'énergie réalisées au regard de son coût pour les personnes mentionnées à l'article L. 221-1, les impacts sur le prix de l'énergie pour les consommateurs et les fraudes constatées.
Deux mois après la remise du rapport, le Gouvernement présente au Parlement les évolutions qu'il compte apporter au dispositif pour la période suivante.
