Article L311-19 du Code de l'énergie
Est puni de 15 000 euros d'amende le fait pour une personne qui en est dépositaire soit par état ou par profession soit en raison d'une fonction ou d'une mission temporaire de révéler des informations mentionnées aux articles L. 311-13 et L. 311-13-2 à toute personne étrangère au service qui négocie et qui conclut le contrat d'achat.
