Article L311-24 du Code de l'énergie
Une garantie d'origine ne peut être utilisée que dans les douze mois suivant la production de l'unité d'énergie correspondante.
La garantie d'origine est annulée dès qu'elle a été utilisée.
Toutes les garanties d'origine non encore annulées expirent au plus tard douze mois après la production de l'unité d'énergie concernée.
