Article L321-2 du Code de l'énergie
Le gestionnaire du réseau public de transport d'électricité exerce ses missions dans les conditions fixées par un cahier des charges type de concession approuvé par décret en Conseil d'Etat, après avis de la Commission de régulation de l'énergie.
