Article L453-5 du Code de l'énergie
Le cadre et les procédures selon lesquels sont fixées les prescriptions relatives au raccordement des installations des clients, y compris les matériels de comptage, situées sur le territoire national ou à l'étranger, sont définis par voie réglementaire.
