Article L511-2 du Code de l'énergie
Les projets d'ouvrages entrant dans le champ d'application de l'article L. 214-1 du code de l'environnement et ayant vocation à produire accessoirement de l'électricité sont autorisés en application des articles L. 214-1 à L. 214-11 du code de l'environnement et sont dispensés du régime d'autorisation prévu à l'article L. 511-5.
