Article L511-3 du Code de l'énergie
Les ouvrages régulièrement autorisés en application des articles L. 214-1 à L. 214-11 du code de l'environnement sont dispensés des régimes de concession ou d'autorisation au titre du présent livre dès lors que la production d'énergie constitue un accessoire à leur usage principal.
