Article L511-4 du Code de l'énergie
Ne sont pas soumises aux dispositions du présent livre :
1° Les usines ayant une existence légale ;
2° Les usines qui font partie intégrante d'entreprises déclarées d'utilité publique et pour lesquelles un règlement spécial est arrêté par un décret rendu en Conseil d'Etat.
Toutefois, les usines qui font partie intégrante d'entreprises déclarées d'utilité publique peuvent bénéficier des dispositions de la section 3 du chapitre Ier du titre II du présent livre.
