Article L511-7 du Code de l'énergie
Sans préjudice des dispositions de l'article L. 122-1 du code de l'environnement, l'installation d'équipements complémentaires destinés au turbinage des débits minimaux sur des installations et ouvrages concédés ou autorisés fait l'objet d'une procédure limitée aux formalités requises pour l'exécution et le récolement de travaux.
