Article L511-13 du Code de l'énergie
Par dérogation à l'article 2060 du code civil, les litiges dans lesquels l'Etat est engagé du fait de l'application du présent livre peuvent être soumis à l'arbitrage.
Le recours à cette procédure doit être autorisé par un décret en Conseil d'Etat délibéré en conseil des ministres.
