Article L531-2 du Code de l'énergie
Les autorisations délivrées au titre du présent chapitre ne peuvent excéder soixante-quinze ans.
Elles ne font pas obstacle à l'octroi de concessions nouvelles, ni à l'application des dispositions de la section 3 du chapitre Ier du titre II du présent livre.
A toute époque, elles peuvent être révoquées ou modifiées sans indemnité en application des dispositions des chapitres IV et V du titre Ier du livre II du code de l'environnement.
