Article L531-5 du Code de l'énergie
Tout changement de permissionnaire doit, pour être valable, être notifié dans des conditions fixées par décret en Conseil d'Etat, à l'autorité administrative qui, soit en donne acte, soit s'y oppose. Cette disposition ne s'applique pas aux ventes en justice.
