Article L531-6 du Code de l'énergie
Les installations autorisées, aménagées et exploitées directement par les sociétés d'économie mixte ou les collectivités locales ou leurs groupements peuvent être déclarées d'utilité publique dans les conditions fixées à la section 3 du chapitre Ier du titre II du présent livre et faire l'objet des mêmes droits que ceux conférés aux installations hydrauliques par cette section.
