Article L721-7 du Code de l'énergie
Les propriétaires ou leurs ayants droit doivent s'abstenir de tout fait de nature à nuire à la construction, au fonctionnement, à la conservation et à l'entretien de l'ouvrage.
Ils ne peuvent édifier aucune construction durable sur la bande mentionnée au 1° de l'article L. 721-4.
