Les dispositions des articles L. 142-10 à L. 142-18, L. 143-7 et L. 143-8, L. 631-1 à L. 631-5, L. 641-2, L. 641-3, L. 642-1 à L. 642-10 et L. 651-1 ne s'appliquent pas aux opérations qui sont conduites sous la responsabilité du ministre chargé de la défense.
