Article L631-4 du Code de l'énergie
Toute personne qui, au cours de l'année civile, a reçu des quantités d'hydrocarbures donnant lieu à contribution aux fonds internationaux d'indemnisation pour les dommages dus à la pollution par les hydrocarbures, conformément aux articles 1.3 et 10 de la convention du 27 novembre 1992 portant création d'un fonds international d'indemnisation pour les dommages dus à la pollution par les hydrocarbures et aux articles 1.7 et 10 du protocole du 16 mai 2003 à la convention précitée portant création du fonds complémentaire est soumise à contribution aux fonds.
Les contributions annuelles sont dues au plus tard au 31 décembre de l'année qui suit celle au cours de laquelle l'assemblée a décidé de percevoir ces contributions.
