Article L651-1 du Code de l'énergie
Des obligations sont imposées aux distributeurs de fioul domestique pour assurer la continuité de fourniture aux clients qui accomplissent des missions d'intérêt général. Un décret en Conseil d'Etat précise ces obligations.
