Article L671-3 du Code de l'énergie
Est puni de 50 000 € d'amende le fait pour une entreprise du secteur de la distribution en gros de produits pétroliers de ne pas respecter le plan de prévention des ruptures d'approvisionnement mentionné à l'article L. 671-2.
