Article L661-1-1 du Code de l'énergie
La programmation pluriannuelle de l'énergie fixe un objectif d'incorporation de biocarburants avancés dans la consommation finale d'énergie du secteur des transports.
1° La liste des biocarburants conventionnels et des biocarburants avancés, ces derniers étant constitués des biocarburants qui doivent être produits à partir de matières premières qui ne compromettent pas la vocation alimentaire d'une terre et ne comportent pas ou peu de risques de changements indirects dans l'affectation des sols ;
2° Les mesures permettant de mettre en œuvre l'objectif mentionné au premier alinéa du présent article et leurs modalités.
