Article R151-4 du Code de l'énergie
Les membres du comité du système de distribution publique d'électricité, ainsi que son président, sont nommés pour une durée de cinq ans.
Lorsqu'un membre ne peut exercer son mandat pour cette durée, son successeur est nommé pour la durée restant à courir.
Le mandat des membres mentionnés au 2° de l'article R. 151-2 prend fin à l'expiration de leur mandat électif dans la collectivité au titre de laquelle ils ont été désignés.
Le mandat des membres du comité est renouvelable.
