Article R211-9 du Code de l'énergie
Le comité de projet se réunit avant le dépôt de la première demande d'autorisation du projet afin de débattre de la faisabilité et des conditions d'intégration dans le territoire couvert par celui-ci, sur la base des éléments mentionnés à l'article R. 211-10.
Le porteur de projet indique au comité de projet les conséquences qu'il entend tirer des observations émises dans ce cadre.
