Article R221-1 du Code de l'énergie
Les dispositions de la présente section définissent les modalités de fixation des obligations d'économies d'énergie mentionnées aux articles L. 221-1, L. 221-1-1 et L. 221-12.
La troisième période d'obligation d'économies d'énergie s'étend du 1er janvier 2015 au 31 décembre 2017.
La quatrième période d'obligation d'économies d'énergie s'étend du 1er janvier 2018 au 31 décembre 2021.
La cinquième période d'obligation d'économies d'énergie s'étend du 1er janvier 2022 au 31 décembre 2025.
La sixième période d'obligation d'économies d'énergie s'étend du 1 er janvier 2026 au 31 décembre 2030.
