Article R221-15 du Code de l'énergie
Les opérations correspondant au seul respect de la réglementation en vigueur au 1er janvier de la première année d'une période d'obligation d'économie d'énergie fixée à l'article R. 221-1 ne donnent pas lieu à délivrance de certificats d'économies d'énergie au titre de cette période.
Une demande de certificats d'économies d'énergie est présentée après l'achèvement d'une opération d'économies d'énergie dans un délai maximum, qui ne peut être inférieur à six mois, fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de l'énergie.
Une même opération d'économies d'énergie ne peut donner lieu à plusieurs délivrances de certificats d'économies d'énergie.
