Article R221-25 du Code de l'énergie
Les certificats d'économies d'énergie délivrés à compter du 10 novembre 2019 peuvent être utilisés pour remplir l'obligation de la période au cours de laquelle ils ont été délivrés et l'obligation de la période suivante. Les certificats d'économies d'énergie délivrés à compter du 1er janvier 2026 sont automatiquement annulés du compte du détenteur de certificats d'économies d'énergie douze ans après leur délivrance.
