Article R221-14-1 du Code de l'énergie
Les personnes éligibles mentionnées à l'article L. 221-7 transmettent, chaque trimestre, au ministre chargé de l'énergie des informations concernant l'engagement des opérations standardisées mentionnées au 1° de l'article R. 221-14, et les pondérations mentionnées à l'article R. 221-18 associées, pour lesquelles ces personnes assurent le rôle actif et incitatif prévu à l'article R. 221-22. La première transmission d'informations concerne les opérations engagées au cours du premier trimestre 2022. Un arrêté du ministre chargé de l'énergie précise les informations à communiquer et les modalités de cette transmission.
