Article R222-4 du Code de l'énergie
Le premier détenteur d'un certificat d'économies d'énergie tient à la disposition des fonctionnaires et agents chargés des contrôles l'ensemble des documents justificatifs relatifs à la réalisation de chaque action pendant une durée de neuf ans à compter de la délivrance du certificat d'économies d'énergie. Les documents justificatifs à archiver par le premier détenteur d'un certificat d'économies d'énergie sont définis par arrêté du ministre chargé de l'énergie.
