Article R291-3 du Code de l'énergie
Lorsqu'un actionnaire, un associé ou un membre d'une communauté d'énergie renouvelable souhaite quitter la communauté, et que ce départ entraîne la fin d'une relation contractuelle ayant pour objet la fourniture d'électricité, au moyen le cas échéant d'une opération d'autoconsommation collective au sens de l'article L. 315-2, les dispositions des articles L. 224-14 et L. 224-15 du code de la consommation s'appliquent pour ce qui concerne la fin de cette relation contractuelle.
