Article R323-14 du Code de l'énergie
Les servitudes sont établies par arrêté préfectoral.
Cet arrêté est notifié au pétitionnaire et affiché à la mairie de chacune des communes intéressées.
Il est notifié par le pétitionnaire par lettre recommandée avec demande d'avis de réception à chaque propriétaire intéressé ainsi qu'à chaque occupant pourvu d'un titre régulier.
