Article R335-53 du Code de l'énergie
Pour chaque année de livraison et pour chaque capacité ou interconnexion certifiée, le gestionnaire du réseau de transport français calcule, après la période de pointe PP2, le niveau de capacité effectif, conformément aux règles du mécanisme de capacité.
Il en déduit, pour chaque périmètre de certification, l'écart du responsable de périmètre de certification. Cet écart est la différence entre le niveau de capacité effectif cumulé des capacités ou des interconnexions certifiées rattachées à son périmètre et le niveau de capacité certifié cumulé des capacités ou des interconnexions certifiées rattachées à son périmètre, compte tenu, le cas échéant, des contrats de certification ou des déclarations de certification conclus après rééquilibrage.
