Article R434-2 du Code de l'énergie
Est puni de l'amende prévue pour les contraventions de la cinquième classe le fait, pour un consommateur de gaz naturel, de ne pas répondre dans un délai de deux mois à compter de sa réception à l'enquête mentionnée à l'article R. 434-1.
