Article R434-3 du Code de l'énergie
Les gestionnaires des réseaux de transport et de distribution de gaz naturel transmettent chaque année, avant le 1er mai, au préfet de département la liste des consommateurs situés dans ce département et ayant eu une consommation de gaz naturel supérieure à 5 gigawattheures l'année civile précédente, ainsi que les résultats de l'enquête mentionnée à l'article R. 434-1.
