Article R721-19 du Code de l'énergie
Le transporteur ou le distributeur adresse au préfet, en trois exemplaires, un rapport annuel d'exploitation faisant apparaître :
1° L'état et l'entretien des canalisations pendant l'année écoulée ;
2° Les incidents d'exploitation ;
3° Les opérations de contrôle qu'il a effectuées ;4° Les travaux réalisés ;
5° Le volume des trafics ;
6° Le coût de ces différentes opérations.
