Les informations nécessaires à l'accès au ravitaillement et aux modalités de son fonctionnement, ainsi qu'un numéro de téléphone ou un bouton d'appel connecté ou tout autre moyen équivalent pour joindre l'opérateur en cas de dysfonctionnement, sont disponibles à proximité immédiate des connecteurs de véhicules des installations mentionnées à l'article R. 641-20 et ouvertes au public.
