Article R812-20 du Code de l'énergie
Le ministre chargé de l'énergie désigne les candidats retenus et avise tous les autres candidats du rejet de leur offre.
L'agence publie la liste des candidats retenus ainsi qu'une version non confidentielle du rapport de synthèse sur l'analyse des offres sur le site mentionné à l'article R. 812-5.
