Article L111-11 du Code des procédures civiles d'exécution
Sauf dispositions contraires, le pourvoi en cassation en matière civile n'empêche pas l'exécution de la décision attaquée.
Cette exécution ne peut donner lieu qu'à restitution ; elle ne peut en aucun cas être imputée à faute.
