Article L624-2 du Code de la sécurité intérieure
Est puni de deux ans d'emprisonnement et de 30 000 euros d'amende le fait d'exercer l'activité mentionnée à l'article L. 621-1 en méconnaissance des dispositions des articles L. 622-2 à L. 622-4.
